Currently being led by Stanton Jacobs, our legacy began in 1946, at the close of World War II, when Georgian Fine Properties was founded with a vision: to build the American Dream for returning veterans and their families. With a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and innovation, we have grown from a single endeavor into a trusted name in the home-building industry. Over the decades, we’ve continued to honor our roots, creating homes that not only meet the needs of today but also uphold the timeless values of family, community, and tradition.
